Privacy Notice
How Oasis Bridge Management collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with the firm.
Who we are
Oasis Bridge Management (“Bridge”, “we”, “our”) is a cross-border real-estate advisory firm operating between Europe and Africa, headquartered in Berlin and with its Africa desk in Abuja. We are a subsidiary of OasisBauen Holdings. We act as the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through direct engagements.
What we collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us directly — for example when you submit a brief through our schedule form, apply to a position, contact your principal through the client portal, or correspond with the firm by phone or messaging. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, location, the content of your enquiry, and any supporting information you choose to share.
We also collect information necessary to satisfy regulatory obligations on both sides of the corridor — including KYC, source-of-funds and AML documentation — once a mandate is accepted. That information is collected, held and processed to the standard required by EU and applicable African regulators.
How we use it
We use personal information to respond to your enquiry, route it to the right principal, run conflict and KYC checks, deliver the engagement you have asked us to deliver, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use it for advertising or for any purpose unrelated to the engagement.
Who we share it with
Where necessary to deliver an engagement we may share information with our parent group, OasisBauen Holdings, with named professional service providers (legal, tax, audit, banking) bound by confidentiality, and with regulators where we are legally obliged. Where you have applied to a position with the firm and consented to be considered for group portfolio roles, your application may be shared with the OasisBauen group governance team and sister portfolio companies.
How long we keep it
We retain personal information for as long as needed to deliver the engagement and for the periods required by EU and African anti-money-laundering, tax and professional-conduct rules. After that, information is securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the EU GDPR and Nigeria’s NDPA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact the firm directly using the numbers below.
