Esther Ailemen
Miss Ailemen, Esq. leads the Oasis Bridge partnership and serves as the primary principal contact for our most senior cross-border mandates. Her role is unambiguous: be the single point of accountability that closes the gap between European discipline and African opportunity.
She works at the intersection of regulation, capital structure and family governance — coordinating with attorneys, tax advisors and the rest of the OasisBauen group to align each transaction with the long-term goals of the family or fund behind it. Her conviction is straightforward: cross-border real estate fails most often on the seam between two jurisdictions, not on the asset itself.
Ms. Ailemen qualified at the University of Benin and was called to the Nigerian Bar before moving into private real estate advisory. She has led mandates across the EU, West Africa and the United States, and hosts The Legal Realtor— a platform on real-estate law, capital structuring and entrepreneurship — with frequent appearances on podcasts and at speaking events across the corridor.
Across her career she has served as legal and compliance lead for several real-estate firms, bringing a deep base of regulatory and transactional experience to the partnership.
